Correct login configuration lookup
Individual accounts were incorrectly falling back to the team login configuration, even for users without a team. Individual accounts now use their own configuration, and team members continue to inherit their team's rules.
Verify email via link
Fixed an issue where valid 2FA email-verification codes were sometimes rejected.
