Security hardening for single sign-on​

We strengthened how Jetstream fetches identity-provider metadata during OIDC and SAML single sign-on, adding protection against requests being redirected to unintended destinations. There's no change to how sign-on works for you — this is a behind-the-scenes safety improvement for teams using SSO.
