10.24.0 - Feedback button and Firefox extension fix
What's new
Feedback button in the navigation bar
The floating feedback bubble in the bottom-right corner, which could sit on top of buttons such as Execute, is gone. Feedback now opens from a button at the right end of the navigation bar. On narrower windows the button shows as an icon.
- The form is a single text box. Click Send or press ⌘/Ctrl+Enter.
- Screenshots are optional. Paste them into the text box or click Attach screenshot (up to 5).
- Your draft is kept when you close the popover or change pages, and a failed send keeps your text.
- ⌘/Ctrl+Shift+. opens it. The shortcut did not respond before on keyboard layouts where Shift+period types
>.
Salesforce page button restored in Firefox
The Jetstream button that the browser extension adds to Salesforce pages had been missing in Firefox since extension version 2.22.1. It shows again. Chrome was not affected.
SSO required to sign up on your team's domains
When your team has SSO turned on, people with an email address on one of your verified domains can no longer sign up with a password and are asked to use Continue with SSO instead. An existing account's email also can't be changed to an address on those domains. People your team invites follow your SSO bypass settings for the role they were invited with. Signing up with Google or Salesforce is not affected.
Email notice when signing up with an existing address
Signing up with an address that already has a Jetstream account used to stop at the verification screen with no email sent. The owner of that address now receives a "You already have a Jetstream account" email with links to log in or reset the password. The sign-up screen does not change, so it still does not reveal whether an account exists. The notice is sent at most once per hour for each address.
